About the Author

Born in Mathura, India—the ancient birthplace of Lord Krishna—Narendra Simone has lived a life shaped by migration, education, conflict, curiosity, and an enduring fascination with the human condition. Educated in India, England, and Canada, he holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and studied at the University of Agra, IIT Roorkee, the University of Nottingham, and the University of Calgary.

A Canadian citizen who has lived in India, England, Canada, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and the United States, Narendra brings a truly international perspective to his writing. His travels have taken him to more than a hundred countries across Europe, Asia, the Far East, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. Having witnessed six wars—four in India and two in the Middle East—he writes with a deep awareness of history, displacement, cultural identity, moral conflict, and the fragile dignity of human life.

His fiction is inspired by true events, human rights issues, and the complex tensions between tradition and change. Drawing on his global experiences, Narendra explores cultural differences, inherited values, personal courage, and the difficult choices people face when identity, justice, loyalty, and conscience collide. His recent foray into children’s stories was inspired by his three grandchildren.

A natural storyteller and lifelong nomad, Narendra has gathered a rich archive of stories from the many worlds he has inhabited. His work invites readers into journeys of life, adventure, mystery, intrigue, and moral discovery. With a growing international platform—including thousands of professional and social media connections—he is building a readership for stories that cross borders while speaking to universal human truths.
